Up close to the giants of the skies – apron round trips

The apron round trip provides you with the opportunity to experience the giants of the skies live and up close.

For a period of 45 minutes, you will be inhaling the aroma of the apron and the great, wide world, gathering impressions that are bound to get under your skin. We will drive past the terminals with you and take you straight to the runways and landing strips. Savour the unique experience of a plane taking off in front of your very eyes at a speed of almost 300 kilometres per hour. We then continue our trip to the freight centre, past the refueling facility and the de-icing facility, before finally arriving at the General Aviation Terminal. Here, you will get to witness the complex handling of an aircraft up close and get to know the airport from a different perspective.

Please note:

Apron round trips are only offered to groups of at least 15 people and need to be booked in advance.
Upon request, individual guests have the option of joining a group which has made a booking.
All participants from the age of 14 up will be asked to present their identity card or passport.
Unfortunately, adults (14+) who do not have their ID or passport with them will not be permitted to participate in the round trip.
All presentations are regularly in German, if you would like to take part in an English presentation you have to be a group of at least 15 people and need to be booked in advance.

Airport Model Exhibition and round trip: daily at 10 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
